Q: Is Currency Exchange International (CXI on TSX) worth a full position in a diversified portfolio? I was considering this over Manulife (MFC), for a bit of added exposure in the financial sector, though understandably each is in a different sub-sector of Financials. Or would Manulife be the better investment? What are the inherent risks with CXI other than its size? 5 I philosophy also stresses the value of good management in carrying a company forward: are you at all familiar with this management team and its track record? Q: Back on Aug 5 Pete asked about NTB. He noted that Alex Ruus was pounding the table on this stock. Mr. Ruus pounded the table yesterday on BNN, for buying this stock. It is up 12.9% today.
