Q: It also appears the founders have privately sold their shares in CXV too. This likely in part explains the sell off for both companies. Any insight here is greatly appreciated.

Q: Peter & Team, I can't find any information on Dalsin and Greene selling their shares, as suggested in the previous question. There is a July 13th company press release pre-announcing very impressive results, a 14.5 million share buy back (5% of issued shares) and executive leadership changes; nothing about the founders cashing in (although they are taking on non-executive board roles). Can you please clarify. Thank you.
Q: As we all know now both roger greene and michael dalsin now own zero shares. In looking at insider trading report. They both sold 1 million plus shares in the market. Then they had a private sale of all the shares they had left.To me the public sales helped the price to where they did the private sale. How can one have confidence with these actions.Transparency in the markets is key.Who did they sell to?CONFUSED.
Q: Good day,
I see that Greene and Dalsin at PHM exercised a bunch of options earlier in the month and had to sell some shares to square up the tax bill which makes sense. However, I noticed yesterday (July 16) that it shows they sold 13,422,401 shares each at $1.36 which was carried out privately and now showing a 0 balance? Is this by chance a transfer to this new closed end fund or something? Maybe a transfer to a Hold Co? But it says specifically a sale? Thanks.

Q: Michael Dalsin and Roger Greene have "Disposition carried out privately" 13 million shares of PHM. What exactly does it mean by "Disposition carried out privately"? Should investors be concerned? Thanks!
Q: I would appreciate your thoughts on the movement in price today (up nearly 10% today). I realize price is still down 20% from 3-months ago, is this simply the market adjusting as the stock was oversold, or was there an announcement today I'm missing. Appreciate your insight.
Q: Hi Guys,
MERUS has filed a shelf registration with U.S. and Canadian regulators to sell up to $250 million of equity securities over the next 25 months. What does this mean and do you see MERUS as a buy, sell, or hold right now.
Thanks

Q: I wonder if you can comment on the prospects for this company, they have a very innovative product line, which is unique in their field. They are growing and would seem to be a natural fit for JNJ or Medtronic, what are your thoughts?

Q: My time horizon is two years. I want to buy either PLI or PHM. What should I do?
Q: Since May, Catamaran's stock price has gone up considerably, despite that it has agreed to be acquired (by United Health) at a set USD value. So is its CAD price fluctuation a trivial effect of the USD::CAD exchange rate, or are there still non-currency-arbitrage reasons to invest in CCT?
Q: Could I get your outlook?
Q: Prism is up about 21% in the past 4 days. Any insight on this increase? I can't see any news that would explain this sudden rise. Thanks!
Q: Hello Team

Q: Could I get comment on recent price action?
Q: What are your thoughts about today's press release? There appears to be a lot of things happening. The revenue increase looks good but what about the change in management team and share buyback program and the borrowing of $15 million.
Q: Hello Peter et al, could you please comment on PHM's recent results and the appointment of a new CEO?
Thank you so much!!

Q: Wondering if you could comment on any Biotech companies or etf's that you may like -Kim
Q: I would like to add a small cap health care company to complement my large cap US healthcare holdings ABBV and JNJ. The current portfolio allocation in healthcare is 8%. This is is comprised of the above companies plus sector contributions from VIG, IWO, SPY, and FEZ. I am considering GUD or CPH, and would appreciate any comments on this move (does this make sense, which one would you choose, etc). Thanks very much.
Q: GUD
I am impressed with the moves this company is making.I have a small position and am thinking of buying more. It looks good on potential, execution, market knowledge, industry savvy and connections.I am hesitant because of the fact that Mr. Goodman is such a dominant force in the company and what would happen should he be unable to contribution due to the unexpected.
Questions:
1.am I right to be careful
2.does he have a team that could manage with out him being involved.
your advice is appreciated.
thanks
