EPS of 24c crushed estimates of 14c; revenue of $12.5M beat estimates of $12.2M. EBITDA of $7.71M beat estimates by 26%. EBITDA rose 25%. Net income rose 135%. EPS more than doubled. A 1.5M share buyback was announced. A solid quarter, though we note consensus does call for lower EPS all in this year. But CPH is now net debt free. It is certainly evaluating many acquisition targets but of course there is no guarantee of a deal closing. But things look decent here.
