Q: your opinion on recent events vqs, seems to have been hit pretty hard
5i Research Answer:
VQS is $7M market cap, and note we pay very little attention to such tiny companies, due to their extreme level of risk and continual need for capital. Debt is very high, and VQS has lost money for the past ten years. Cash flow is positive, however. The stock has declined 95% in the past decade. The company recently placed its Australian subsidiaries into voluntary administration, the CEO resigned, and the stock price is in a structural decline. We cannot endorse ownership.
