Q: I bought ATRL late last year. For a while it was gaining bit by bit. Now it is losing steam. It looks as if it should be a good buy. What do you think?

We think it is ok and markets have been weak in general, also impacting ATRL. It is getting attention for some potential exposure to nuclear. While we think it is 'fine', it would probably be our least favourite out of the construction names like WSP and STN.
