We have posted comments on the earnings release yesterday. ATD has been a solid long term performer. Its short term outlook has weakened a bit with consumer and price (oil) pressure, but its long term potential we think remains intact. It continues to look for acquisitions and has the ability to do large deals. Its past acquisition history has been very impressive and it has been a solid long term compounder. We also view it as a 'safe' name in the current crazy environment.
