We would be comfortable holding small-caps here (IWN), and we also like IFC especially as part of a long-term holding. We think BKNG has a solid business model and has executed well in the past, but the risk lies in its ability to compete in a rapidly-evolving AI world. An AI headline for travel bookings could easily create near-term volatility for BKNG, but there is also a possibility for BKNG to adopt AI technologies and create an even wider moat through the use of AI agents or other tech. We like all three, but there is some nuance in the current risk profiles.
