The recent quarter at Chartwell had revenues of $292 mln, in-line with estimates and EBITDA of $125 mln ahead of expectations of $106 mln and increased the distribution by 2%, a good sign being their first increase since 2019. Occupancy was 94.7%. Same property net operating income was up 16.9%. This was a solid looking quarter overall and the company continues to invest in new property growth.
