VQS is $10M market cap, and note we pay very little attention to such tiny companies, due to their extreme level of risk and continual need for capital. Debt is very high, and VQS has lost money for the past ten years. Cash flow is positive, however. The stock has declined 95% in the past decade. The Australian data breach is not fatal news, but will certainly raise concerns with current and future customers. It simply adds even more risk to an-already very risky stock. We cannot endorse ownership.
