Leon's (LNF) EPS was $0.74 vs $0.77 expected. Revenues were $671.4mln vs $688.08. The company announced a $0.50 special dividend. Revenue was up 0.7% and same store sales up 0.6%.

On the real estate strategy, LNF noted in the conference call that the setup of a REIT remains a stratgic priority and timing will depend on market conditions and certain approvals.

Overall the quarter looked ok and they will be anchored to a large degree to economic activity/housing in Canada.
