Q: I see that the company recently announced another div increase -good news but the bump has quickly worn off. Earnings are still good and P/E now below 10. What is the catalyst to get the stock off the mat?

We have some other comments posted on PRL this morning. Investors are looking for growth. The company had very high growth in the past couple of years, but growth is decelerating. Credit quality needs to be maintained as well. But the dividend bump is a good sign, notwithstanding other concerns within the sector.
