Q: What is your opinion of this Bond Fund CIG4102 - is it worthwhile to own? What are the pros / cons. What are better options Mutual Fund or ETF.

This is a corporate bond fund with an MER of 1.4% and also has sales charges attached to it (Class A). The yield is 4.3%. We don't see much to get too excited here.
Something like ZAG has a 3.5% yield and 0.09% MER or VCB with a 0.17% MER and 3.9% yield.
