The sector is not really anyone's favourite right now. We would find Telus the most interesting as sentiment is so negative. QBR.B though has massively outperformed and likely has more upside (but is also smaller and riskier). RCI.B is cheap, and is up 30% in the past year. However, growth is minimal, and consensus calls for slightly lower earnings this year. The dividend has not been raised in seven years and debt remains very high adding risk.
