Q: Would you recommend SRU for income in RRSP account? I have exposure to bond funds but am looking for diversification and enhanced rate return.

We would be ok with this for an income stream primarily. SRU is cheap at 13.6X forward earnings and offers a 6.8% yield. Growth rates are on the low side but it is growing.
