Q: A few months ago, I purchased a small position in GLXY, in a TFSA.It is down about 40% and it is now well below 1 % of our overall portfolio. A current contribution results in some new funds being available. I am considering adding to GLXY or alternatively moving on to SVM. Dividends are not a priority, and the objective for this account is good growth, with accepting some measure of risk. .Which of these 2 do you think is the better route to go? Also, do you think the recent regulatory change in China regarding silver is an impediment for that company; if so, is there another silver play that you would prefer? Thanks so much for your excellent service.

We have some comments on SVM this morning. Generally, we are less inclined to average down. However, with positions less than 1% we take a 'sell or buy more' approach. With GLXY we would be OK after its declines to add to it to at least make a position size more impactful.
