Q: I wanted to buy PRL in USD. I did not realize it was on the pink sheet when purchasing. Is there a concern on this exchange and what are the issues with this, if any?

The stock is exactly the same on both exchanges, however on OTC trading volume is very low. There are no real issues as it is a 'real' company (many on OTC are just promotions). But we would use limit orders only. PRL pays its dividend in C$ so if held on the US side brokers will change an f/x conversion fee for the dividend.
