DOL has proven itself time and time again, in all sorts of markets and economies. "Perfect" timing is near-impossible in the market. Based on its fundamentals and forecast, we think this is an 'own it or don't own it' decision, and not a 'price' decision. We would be fine buying today for an investor with a 3+ year timeframe.
