Q: Atco sent a message to shareholders of Class I and Class II shares today. There will be a special meeting in December to vote on Class II shares becoming Class I shares, for various reasons --- one of them being that the existing Class II shares are not very liquid (low trading volume).
Would this change to the share structure affect Class I shareholders in any significant way going forward?
And, please confirm that only the Class II shareholders are entitled to vote at the special meeting.
Thank you and have a great day.

The meeting is open to all, but the vote is only for Class II shareholders. Class I shareholders do get impacted a bit by dilution, because Class II public shareholders will get 1.15 Class I shares as an incentive to approve the proposal. But one class for liquidity purposes makes sense, and we would see this as an overall positive move.
