SRU reported funds from operations per share of $0.56 Occupancy looked good at 98.6% and outside of anchor tenants, rental rate growth was 8.4%. The company is opening some self storage facilities in 2026 and 2027 which should help to boost growth and with 14 self storage propoerties already active. It looked like a fine quarter.
