EPS was ($0.017) and sales of $275.18M missed estimates of $280.05M. Sales grew 32.3% year-over-year, and its funds from operations were up 30.8%. Management noted it expects continued growth in occupancy and cash flows in 2026 and beyond, supported by strong demand and limited new supply in its markets. It is strategically focusing on acquisitions and optimizing its portfolio, and it has been executing well. We think these were solid results and overall, the name has been moving nicely over the past couple of years.
