Q: I was wondering if there is any way you have to see whether employees of these companies are buying the dip in real time?

No there is not. 'Regular' employees (non insiders) do not have to report trades at all. Insiders (senior executives) have five business days to report. Canadian insider.com reports a lot of this info for free, but nothing is available in real time.
