Q: Good morning Peter and Team,

Even with its recent decline, but as long-term holders, CSU is our top allocation with 11.53%. I also note that National Bank has revised its rating to “Sector Perform” from “Sector Outperform”.

If this was YOUR account, would you trim CSU? (Portfolio Analytics suggests that our Technology allocation should be 15%, but it’s presently at 18.08%).

Thanks as always for your assistance.

While we cannot personalize responses, we prefer not to trim high-quality, long-term winners following a drawdown, and if we are to trim, we like to trim along the way up as a position represents a larger weight. We would be comfortable holding here.
