There is a lot of talk on valuation, but keep in mind that buyers today are not buying with the expectation to lose money. Every single trade, in every type of market, has an equal and opposite opinion. 

But we think international diversification makes sense. Here are some suggestions. We are sticking with ETFs because we do not cover international stocks:

International ex-North Ameria: VIU

Japan EWJ

Mexico: EWW

Indonesia: EIDO

Global momentum ETF: VMO
