Q: Can not figure out why Cameco was down graded and value dropped signifigantly?

This week Kazakhstan announced it was to increase production at one of its mines, and this hurt the whole uranium sector sharply yesterday. President Capital Management lowered its target price to C$86. However we do not have access this particular report.
