EPS of $1.00 beat estimates of 76c; revenue of $136.4M beat estimates of $133.8M. EBITDA of $33.7M beat estimates by 11%. Revenue rose 15%. ARR (annual recurring revenue) rose to $391M from $339M. It was KXS's second-best quarter for new business. Gross margin rose 5 points and EBITDA margin rose 6 points. Guidance for 2025 sales was largely in line ($535M+ vs $542M estimate). EPS rose sharply from last year and ~30% growth is expected in 2026. It was a good, though not perfect guarter and guidance.
