After the ATS announcement, Baxter International announced that Andrew Hider was appointed new CEO, effective Sept. 03. So, essentially, Mr. Hider simply took a different CEO job. Baxter is a larger company (about 3x) and is not a competitor to ATS. The CFO of ATS was appointed interim CEO. Thus, nothing seems likely to be amiss at ATS but it does add some uncertainty.
