Vanguard FTSE Developed All Cap ex North America Index ETF (VIU)

Q: I'm looking for an ETF that excludes Cdn and the US but focuses on mid to large cap in other countries. Would you have some suggestions?

VIU has an average market cap of $112B, so certainly qualifies in the 'large cap ex North America' space. We do not really have a good recommendation for midcaps.
