HHL has a better five-year return, 8.89% vs 6.95%. Indicated yields HHL 9.90%, LIFE 12.17%. HHL only owns the top 20 stocks and is more concentrated. LIFE owns 400+ stocks and is more diverisifed. HHL fees are higher: 0.99% vs 0.60%. We would be comfortable owning either for an investor seeking healthcare exposure with added income. We cannot comment on personal position sizes, however.
