The Solaris contract is a positive development, as is news of additional funding support. But, we still have a company that has never made money and has highly negative cash flow (negative $105M last year). Though a nice uptick on Monday, the stock is still down 14% this year and 43% over one-year. We would still consider the risk here too high to get excited enough to be buyers.
