Q: I have a 2.5% position in ATS that is down 10%. The target position is 4% with a future 5 year hold in my TFSA. If you were in my situation, would you consider this a buying opportunity as the stock is below its 200 MDA or would you dump the stock to eliminate further loss? Please explain your reasoning.
