Constellation Software Inc. (CSU)

Q: I would like to journal CSU to my US account. I see it trades OTC as CNSWF. Is there anything I need to be aware of when an OTC market is involved? Is journaling okay under this scenario?

5i Research Answer:

There should be no issues with journalling shares, or holding CSU in a US account. But we would be much more cautious with any trading on the OTC market. It can be very thin, and we would suggest when it comes time to sell to move shares back to a Canadian account and sell on the TSX.
