5i Research Answer:

We have posted some other comments on CPX today. It is not our favourite utility, but it is very cheap on valuation and offers a decent yield. Debt is high, as is common with the sector, but cash flow is steady. Consensus calls for lower earnings this year, but it is closely tied to interest rates and the stock could do better if rates fall. We would consider it OK, not great, for income investors.
