Q: Hi, Any comments/read between the lines, on the US$ 1 Billion Private Offering of Senior Notes, announced by the company, Today ? Could this be the reason for the weakness in the stock this week ? Thank You

It could explain the 4% drop on Monday, but even so the stock is only back to where it was on Jan 25. We would consider it normal business, wither setting up more acquisitions, or perhaps the company is setting up redemption of its first series of inflation link notes.
