At times, if one company in a sector cuts or suspends payments, in can make it easier for others to make that tough decision (i.e., 'see, it's an industry issue, not us). 12-month payout ratio is 81%. It just declared its November distribution yesterday, so the short term looks OK. Much will depend here on interest rates and occupancy levels, as usual. We do like the industrial sector better and would be OK with a switch to DIR.
