STN has outperformed this year, but as of today we would essentially call this a tie. We would be fine either way, but might lean to WSP as it might play 'catch up' to its peer. Valuations are similar. If consolidating in a tax account we might not bother because of taxes on realized gains, which likely would apply considering their strong performances.
