XEBEQ Technically it has a listing. Its last trade for more than $0 was on October 17 at $0.00001 per share. But all of the company's assets have been sold and we would not expect equity to be worth anything. That being said, there was a $5M class action settlement reached in July but the deadline for applying for this has expired. But with the amount of shares outstanding and legal fees the actual payout would have been miniscule. This one is dead for all intents and purposes.
