Revenue was $121M, unchanged from last year but good considering the divestiture of an asset. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) more than doubled and represented 27% of total revenue. Per share was 21c vs a loss of 21c expected. Revenue beat estimates by 2%. EBITDA of $68.7M beat estimates by 4%. Debt fell by $45M. The company has started a corporate program to reduce leverage, and has had a good start to this (it is still very high, however). The quarter was decent, and the stock has reacted positively. There is still plenty of work to be done here, however, but it was a good start to a possible recovery.
