EPS of 32c matched estimates; Revenue of $110.9M was about 1% short. EBITDA of $33M was 4% better than expected. Sales rose 8.7%. EBITDA rose 2.9%. On the plus side recurring revenue rose ~14% and operating profit improved. Net cash is $235M. We would consider it a good but not overly eventful quarter. ENGH has added a new board member and continues to make small acquisition. Not much excitement here but not much concern, either. We think it is a HOLD.
