5i Research Answer:

We would be more comfortable with ZWU. DNP is a closed end fund, and trading at a 28% premium to net asset value, which we consider too high. It also uses leverage (28% right now) which of course can boost returns but also can amplify risks. At a lower premium (5%) it might get more interesting but right now ZWU looks much better for a conservative investor.
