The Horizons USD Cash Maximizer ETF (HSUV.U) is the same as HSAV, although it is denominated in USD. In the US, there is also JEPI which is a covered call ETF for S&P 500 companies. It pays a decent yield of 6.8% but its underlying holdings are equities which will carry some level of volatility. There are other US dollar denominated high interest savings ETFs, although some of these may not be accepted by Canadian brokerage accounts (HISU.U and PSU.U).
