With a market cap of only $14M, we will only offer brief comments. VQS needs to be considered highly speculative. Loss was $3.2M or 10c per share, compared with $3.6M or 11c per share last year. Revenue fell from $12.5M to $10.5M. Losses continue and cash flow was negative. The balance sheet is not in great shape, and a board member resigned this week. The stock is down 70% in a year, and with declining sales and a weak balance sheet we would not be comfortable owning this.
