Q: Looking to invest in rental properties. Best recommendation for a 5 year return? TCN and/or CAR.UN or other choices?

For US rental exposure with a Canadian company we think TCN is the best bet. CAR.UN is also a favourite, though as a REIT growth will likely be lower. KMP.Un and IIP.UN can also be recommended.
