Investors never like to see a CFO leave, but it happens. Also, it is not immediate, instead is 'in the coming months' so it doesn't sound like anything nefarious to us. Mr. Towner had only been in the role for two years, but had done a good job. But it is a $24 billion company and we are sure will attract good candidates. We would not have major concerns here.
