Q: Could you please tell me what percentage each of these returns in capital gains? I'm trying to decide where to best position them between my TFSA and my regular accts.

Nearly 67.4% of DIR.un's distribution comes from the return of capital or ($0.05620 out of $0.08333 distributed every month of 2022). For XEI, for the year 2022, the % was zero. In 2021, it was nearly 10.8% of the distribution.
