Can you please provide your thoughts on NTLA? I've held it for a few years through the ups and downs, and am thinking of now replacing it with something with more potential upside. I was thinking about TOI, but would like to hear if you have any other suggestions as well. My timeframe is 2-3 years.

We would consider NTLA interesting. However the revenue base is tiny ($48M this year) for a $3.6B market cap. Plus, cash flow is highly negative (-$363M last 12 months). It should be considered quite risky overall, but is not without potential. TOI is a different sector, of course, but we would strongly prefer it. BN also looks good, as does TFII (both also much larger than the others mentioned here).
