Regulators have not provided any update since May 12 on Emerge. The firm is likely to be wound down or sold. There should be some returns to unit holders. The ETF assets should have been segregated from the manager, but this cannot be comfirmed based on the information currently available. So we would expect some recovery, but we also expect regulators to move very slowly here as a test case on what happened with the manager to help ensure it doesn't happen again.
