ENGH announced it will acquire substantially all of the Lifesize, a leading global provider of video conferencing and omnichannel contact center solutions. The agreement remains subject to higher or better offers, and so it is not a done-deal yet, but we feel this is a smart strategic move by ENGH to better enhance its video conferencing solutions. ENGH has been recovering over the past year and its profit margins, valuation, and free cash flow have held up well amid a challenging year. We would like to see the company's sales growth improve, but it is encouraging to see the company continue to expand its operations, make acquisitions, and seek to grow its top-line.
