Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
AP is a small family owned steel company in Pittsburg and usually only trades a few thousand ...10-50 daily. Today they had traded 48,000 and at the bell 1.8 million went through. I am perplexed. Can you give me any idea about this...bad news, multiple sellers, institutional seller or just one large retail order. Any opinion would be helpful...I do not own the stock but have been following its down turn and have been considering buying at a good price. Thanks as always!

AP is a small cap company in Pittsburg since 1929. Please give me your general assessment. I know they are in a 3 stage plan and has decent management. Do you think it has any merit as a contrarian play? Will they benefit from infrastructure spending even in a downturn?
