Q: Now that Concordia Healthcare will commence trading on the Nasdaq, would you recommend buying it on the Nasdaq or the TSX? Thanks.

Q: Article in Globe today re above, they will be moving to TSX. How will that affect the current shareholders, if at all.
Many thanks

Q: With memories of Northern Telecom being such a significant portion of TSX just before the start of its demise, I get nervous when I see Valeant becoming so large.
I remind myself that it is also traded in US, and that there are many larger cap drug companies.
I would value your comments.

Q: What do you think of Prism Medical (PM)? Seems to trade at a decent valuation with pretty good growth for next year. Any thoughts on their management and how stable their particular sector is regarding government regulation? Lastly, are their any particular red flags with this company I'm missing?
Thank you.
John

Q: Hi Guys,
Just wondering if you have any updated information on either PLI or MPH?

Q: Theres a lot of speculation this will be sold between $200-$350 US. The insiders seem to be selling. Is it just hype? alot of shares are trading. Thanks
Q: Hello Peter, overall what is your opinion of this stock as a long term hold (5years)? Has there been any news today to cause the stock to decline 6%? Thank you, Jen
Q: Are there any plans to initiate coverage on Concordia? In the meantime thoughts on adding as larger cap more stable compliment to PHM assuming it is the only other healthcare stock in a portfolio? Unless you think one of the two smaller health care stocks covered, pli and gud would be appropriate? Cheers
Q: Here's a snip from a proposal for the July AGM
"We are seeking to increase the number of common shares that may be issued under the current stock option plan (the
“2010 Stock Option Plan”) from 26,193,643 shares to 20% of the Company’s issued and outstanding common
shares as at the date of shareholder approval of the amended 2010 Stock Option Plan (56,407,097 based on the
number of issued and outstanding common shares as at the date hereof)"
Does that seem unusually high? Is it time to exit this?

Q: Your opinion on NRI? They seem to have some plans for their p2 product and wf10 trial.
Q: Hi, I have unsuccessfully been looking to invest in Canadian healthcare via an ETF or Mutual Fund. My time line for investment is long and am looking primarily for growth. Can you name 5 quality companies in this category. Thanks in advance.
Q: I am looking at adding CPH to my portfolio. Would you suggest starting with a half position in todays market? Also I am wondering how to interpret the company's goals. For example, they are targeting $1biln cap by 2020. Based on the current number of shares (26million) that is a stock price of almost $40. Is this what management is suggesting here?
Q: I purchased Cipher Pharmaceutical during jan.'15 at $17.60/share. It is now down to $11.11/share (37% loss). The fundamentals look pretty good (e.g. forward PE of 9.56). I would appreciate if you could fill me in about why you think it has tanked so badly and what is your outlook for it?
Q: I have a one half position in each of PHM and CRH. According to their last quarter IFRS results PHM had an EPS loss 0.012 and CRH had an EPS profit of 0.02. I am considering selling my PHM and buying a full position in CRH.
What do you think of this strategy?

Q: Hi 5i:
I'm seeking your advice on my health care /biotech holdings, and I'd like to know if I should shorten the list (I tend to hold too many stocks), make any substitutions, or change relative weightings. I hold five: IBB (full position); CRH (2/3 position), and CXR, GUD and PHM, all 1/3 positions, approximately. They together comprise 11% of the stock holdings in my actively managed portfolio. Also, do you think this is a reasonable total weight for the present market? Thanks for your valuable advice.
