Q: Hi Peter, thanks for your good comments of PHM on BNN this evening. Indeed, it answered a few questions of mine regarding future acquisitions and financing. You have advised members to do nothing. Now my question is at what point investors can buy additional shares to average down? I normally don't like to average down. However, there is nothing wrong with Its fundamental. Should investors use average down strategy to take advantage of declined price? I see it has great value under a dollar. What's the fair value do you think PHM should be priced at considers its fundamental only? Thank you!

Q: Hi 5i Team, Still working on my rebalance after Portfolio Review. Catamaran is now taken over and my HEALTHCARE is CXR 2.9%, GUD, 0.7 and PLI 0.6% total 4.2%. Want to go to 5% and hold CXR, should I increase the other 2 or would you suggest something else? Appreciate your help always.

Q: I haven't seen a question about Biosyent in a couple of months, it's trading near its 52 week low. You indicated in May the fundamentals looked good, the price is still is dropping possibly due to the sector. I am considering taking a position at this time, please advise your thoughts.

Q: PHM = 24 million shares sold today. 24,000,000 shares BOUGHT today. I bought 2,000 more shares today at $.80. It is now my largest single stock holding at 16,000 shares. Average price $1.07 . Am I the dumb one here?

Q: I just noticed on insider trading reports for july 28.That Dalsin and Greene were granted 3 million options .Are they not out of the company?Would the new ceo have to approve this.These 2 have more moves than a bucket of minnows.They would make Murray Pezim proud.

Q: This morning Canada Insider shows Dalsin and Greene each granted 3 millions of share option and 4 millions of shares bought @1.36 through acquisition carried out privately. This is consistent with what Dalsin mentioned on conference call. Publish if you think it will help members. Thanks!

Q: so everyone's favorite company took it on the chin and convalo and inspira went down in sympathy with phm.
dalsin and greene did everything right and the street loved them, then they made a huge misstep selling shares, not being forthcoming with the market, appointing new ceos, putting some shares into a health fund. The first bad news is never the last bad news.please comment. dave

PHM is holding a conference call on Monday July 27th @4pm to introduce new executive personnel and clarify role of shareholdings of non-executive chairman and non-executive vice chair. participants will be Dalsin and Hoyt.
